The condominium has front gate coded access and rear automatic gated parking. The unit is in the middle of the building. Washer/Dryer is accessible on premises and the walkup to the condominium is accessed from Lincoln Blvd.

Secure wireless internet is available through the condominium. A 36-inch Color TV is also in the living room with Time Warner cable access allows all your favorite channels and a variety of music channels. A queen Aero bed with electric pump that sleeps two is included.
